Our Mission
"Our goal is to
utilize the knowledge and experience We've gained from coaching at the
high school and college level so that we can help the next generation of
basketball players learn the valuable skills they need to be successful.
We also strive to create a special experience for each player in an
effort to increase their confidence and enjoyment of the game, as well
as have them learn the values of Sportsmanship and Team
Work."

Jim Flynn is currently the Head Boy's Varsity Basketball Coach at
Burlington City High School and was voted Burlington County Times
Coach of the Year for the 2005-2006 basketball season.
Jim was the Rutgers-Camden Scarlet Raptors Head
Basketball Coach from 1998 to 2003. Jim took over a Rutgers
program that had recently lost a national record 117 straight games. In 4 years Jim reversed the Raptors losing fortunes
from a 3-21 losing season in 1998 to a 14-11 record in 2003, the best season for the
men's basketball team since the 1983-1984 season. Jim drilled the Raptors
on sound fundamentals and tireless work ethic. Prior to coming to the
Raptors, Jim served as Assistant coach on the College of New Jersey
Lions, where the team achieved a 22-5 record and a post-season NJAC
Championship.
